Volunteer Form - River to River Relay

LOCAL TEAM VOLUNTEERS REQUIREMENT

Teams with at least on member residing within a 100 mile radius of any point of the course is considered a local team and must provide one volunteer. Non-Local teams with all members residing outside of a 100 mile radius of the course are exempt from this requirement.

VOLUNTEER ELIGIBILITY

The following are prerequisites for volunteers:
• Must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Provide their own transportation to and from assigned location.
• Be willing to fulfill their entire shift at an assigned location.
• Be physically able to perform their assigned duties
• Provide their own food and drink during shift.

Team managers should select their status below and complete the required information before submitting the form. Once volunteer information is submitted, the volunteer coordinator will contact the volunteer for assignment and provide additional information. If you are a non-local team or local team paying the volunteer surcharge, submission of this form will complete your activity.
